Pursuant to Florida Statute 194.011(3)(d), a petition to a county value adjustment board to challenge the assessment of the value of the taxpayer’s property must be filed no later than 25 days after the Property Appraiser mails out the Notices of Proposed Property Taxes (otherwise known as the TRiM or Truth in Millage Notices).
